New Year, New Plan

It has been over a year now since I became leader of the Green Party of Alberta and looking back it has been a good year. We have just taken some time off to rest and relax and now we are back at it looking forward to the build-up to the next federal and provincial elections.

This time of the year is always one of the most fun times of the year for me because it is a time to plan. A time to organize and a time to prepare for another year of fun. I used to do alot of gardening and this was always the time of the year when the seed catalogs arrived. When the day timers were filled with planting dates to start seeds indoors and with dates to set things out in the garden.

I guess right now that is where the party is at we are going to be planting the seeds that will bear fruit in the future. We have the books out and we are planning. Dreaming of how the garden will look in the spring and summer. Dreaming of how Alberta will look with a Green government.
