Vote early, Vote often

The advanced polls for the Federal election will be open Jun 18, 19 and 21. If you are like me and you are already a decided voter or if you will be away on Jun 28th you should vote now.

It is important to vote. Even if you are not going to vote for the Green party get in there and vote so I know how many people disagree with me.

This federal election there is the added bonus that whichever party you vote for gets $1.75 for each vote cast. Please make sure the money is spent on the people you want it spent on. If you leave it with the government they will only use it for something you do not want anyway. So make your vote count.

If you have never voted before it is not hard you can get yourself on the voters list ahead of time by calling the returning officer in your riding. You can also just show up at the polling booth with an id that shows where you live and you will be able to vote.

If you are like me a long time decided voter consider helping others who are not. Democracy only works if people pay attention and are involved.

Vote Early, Vote often.

Full Slate in Alberta
I just learned that the last candidate was registered and approved by elections Canada. For the first time ever the Green Party of Canada has a full slate of candidates in Alberta. We have filled all 28 ridings and every single person in Alberta will have a chance to vote Green. Over a full year of work has gone into getting the Green Party to this point.

The world is watching its time to shine.
