Convention 2004
We are fast approching the Green Party national convention. The convention will be held just West of Calgary at Kamp Kiwanis. Kamp Kiwanis is at the intersection of highway 8 and Highway 22. The convention will start Thursday evening Aug 26th. The cost to attend is $90 or $30 per day. The convention will end on Sunday night.
It will be an exciting time. Not only will Jim Harris our national leader be there but we will have Frank De Jong leader of the Ontario Greens and Adrian Carr leader of the BC Greens. David Suzuki will be speaking Sunday morning at 10:00. It is exciting that we can do this in the heart of Alberta.
If you have a chance to come out you should. I will see you there.
